The price of 24-karat gold remained steady at Rs. 306,000 per tola for the second consecutive day on Tuesday, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association (APSGJA). The stability in gold rates comes amid global market trends and local demand fluctuations.
Similarly, 10 grams of 24-karat gold held firm at Rs. 262,345, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold continued trading at Rs. 240,491 without any changes. Despite varying investor sentiments and market uncertainties, gold prices remained unaffected for another day.
Silver prices also remained unchanged, with one tola of silver valued at Rs. 3,388, and 10 grams of silver priced at Rs. 2,904. The lack of movement in silver rates suggests a stable demand-supply balance in the local market.
On the international market, gold maintained its position at $2,910 per ounce, reflecting steady demand and cautious trading activity. Meanwhile, silver held firm at $32.50 per ounce, with no notable shifts in pricing, as per the latest updates from the APSGJA.
