Two suspects in the harassment of a 9-year-old child and her mother have been taken into custody by Faisalabad police. When a civilian reported the harassment by calling the emergency helpline (15), the incident was made public. The Virtual Women Police Station sent officers to the location right away.
According to preliminary inquiries, two boys started harassing the girl while she was playing outside her house. Her mother stepped in when she yelled, but the lads continued to mistreat her after that. When the suspects broke into their house and persisted in harassing the girl and her mother, the situation became more heated.
In response to the report, the police moved quickly to protect the victims and apprehend the culprits. According to the Safe Cities Authority, legal action is in progress.
