Five Pakistani companies are participating in the four-day “Motorbike Fair” being held in the historic Turkish city of Istanbul from March 12 to 15. The firms are attending the event through the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), which has been actively involved in promoting Pakistan’s trade and exports.
According to a press release from TDAP, the Pakistani firms are being supported and facilitated by Pakistan’s Consul General in Istanbul, Nauman Aslam, and his team, who are assisting with their participation in the exhibition. This marks another step in strengthening bilateral trade relations between Pakistan and Turkey.
The TDAP had previously participated in last year’s event, which included three firms primarily representing the rubber tires and tubes for motorbikes sub-sector. However, this year, the range of products being showcased at the Motorbike Fair 2025 is broader, including rubber tires, tubes, protective sports gloves, motorbike suits, and shoes. This expansion reflects the growing diversity and capability of Pakistan’s motorcycle-related export products.
The Turkish market has seen an increased demand for two-wheeler motorsports products, creating a significant opportunity for Pakistani exporters to gain access and expand their presence in Turkey. The exhibition is also expected to attract a large number of international buyers from various regions, including Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Central Asia. These buyers will provide valuable opportunities for Pakistani companies to interact, network, and potentially explore new export avenues beyond Turkey, tapping into other global markets as well.
In addition to showcasing products, the fair serves as an important platform for enhancing trade and exploring partnerships. For Pakistani companies, it provides a chance to learn about the latest trends in the motorbike industry and build business relationships that can contribute to long-term growth in international markets. TDAP’s participation also underscores its commitment to supporting Pakistani businesses in expanding their global footprint and diversifying their export base.
With the demand for motorbike products steadily rising in Turkey, and the growing interest from international buyers, the Motorbike Fair 2025 is set to be a crucial event for Pakistani firms looking to make their mark in the global motorbike industry.
