The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has expressed great satisfaction with the enthusiastic response from fans as online ticket sales for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 began. In the initial phase, 30% of the total tickets were released for online purchase, and high demand led to a swift sellout of key matches.
According to the PCB, tickets for high-profile games, including Pakistan’s encounters with New Zealand, Australia, England, and Bangladesh, were quickly sold out. Fans from across the country and overseas rushed to secure their seats, demonstrating the immense popularity of the tournament.
The second phase of ticket sales is set to begin on February 3, during which physical tickets will be available at TCS Express Centers across the country. Over 100 tickets have been allocated for in-person purchases at these centers. Additionally, the PCB has assured fans that security measures and organizational logistics are being meticulously planned to ensure a smooth ticketing process and an enjoyable experience for spectators.
PCB Chairman expressed gratitude towards cricket enthusiasts for their support and emphasized that the Champions Trophy 2025 would be a landmark event for Pakistan cricket. He further stated that arrangements are in place to enhance fan engagement, including exclusive merchandise, fan zones, and interactive activities during match days.
